About Main Street Registry

Main Street Registry is an independent, searchable registry of businesses financed with SBA 7(a) and 504 loans. It organizes the SBA's public FOIA loan files so that buyers, owners, brokers and lenders can see recent acquisitions and expansions by industry, state and lender.

It shows only facts the SBA publishes. It does not identify owners, does not link companies to one another, and does not report purchase prices. Approved loan amounts are not the same as what was disbursed or what was paid for a business.
